Our Commitment To Quality -

We aim to make beautiful jewelry that you will cherish forever. Each item is carefully inspected for quality at the time of manufacturer and again at the time of shipping. We do not ship or sell items that do not meet our strict quality standards.


Return & Refund Policies -

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us by emailing within 3 days of receiving your shipment and we will be happy to send you information on how to ship back to us.

Qualified returns, must be shipped in original, sale-able condition with tracking & insurance coverage within 5 days of your email return request, to be eligible for refund. Refunds will be issued within 10-15 days via the original method of payment after your return parcel is received. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Styles retailing at $4,750 and above are, eligible for store credit only, no refunds. 

We regret any inconvenience, however bespoke, custom or engraved orders are not returnable or refundable.


Repair & Maintenance - 

Once you have received your item and have inspected it, please be reminded that you have 3 days to notify us of any issue, you perceive with your jewelry. We do not accept responsibility, for the jewelry once it has been accepted by the customer or been used over time.

Due to the precious and refined nature of fine jewelry, like all fine jewelers, we recommend that you take due care in it's use and handling, so that it's luxurious splendor is maintained over time.

We do understand however, that occasionally accidents can happen, and in the rare instance that you need to reach out to us for repair or maintenance services, we offer a detailed menu of services and are happy to provide you with cost estimates.
